This campaign is a celebration of all women; incredible, powerful women, from all different backgrounds, ages all with their own body, highs and lows, concerns and traumas. We are celebrating you. We're giving you back the confidence you deserve to go out there and smash your goals, whatever they maybe. Us as women are often far too hard on ourselves, our bodies have been through so much and continue to do so. Lola Starr is there to support you, so let’s do this together.
On Friday the 6th of October, I had the privilege to share a beautiful studio in Liverpool with 5 incredible, powerful women.
We started the day with coffee and a fantastic play list, of course!
With everyone having their own time to shine in front of the camera and celebrate their incredible body. Everyone was encouraging one another, with plenty of smiles and laughter in the room.

An hour in and it was time to stop for a doughnut and tea break, before moving on to questions. The settings were changed and: Sheryl, Clare, Laura, Christine & Cath all had there turn, WOW it was powerful, I perhaps wasn’t expecting the answers I got, I can’t wait to share these with you. Real women talking honestly from the heart about real issues and how many of us feel in our own skin.
Queue the music back on and it was back to business with all the props, from kettle bells to bar bells, even a session on the pads for Christine and Sheryl. Who new Planks were so much fun Laura! There is always a workout on our shoot days!

We did some group shots, the day couldn’t have gone any better, my son turned up nearer the end of the shoot, it was nice to have him there to see what we’d had been working on. We then finished off with the girls strutting down the road outside the studio, full of confidence.
