We will always do our best to dispatch and deliver your order within the times stated. During busy periods or for bespoke pieces, delivery times may vary.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order, as incorrect information may result in delays.
Bespoke and customised items: approximately 2 to 3 weeks
UK Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days | £4.95
International Delivery
For international orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm shipping costs and availability for your destination.
International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, parcel weight and current courier charges.
Please be aware that international orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges depending on the destination. Where applicable, we will advise you of these before your order is confirmed.
Cancellations
We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us info@lolastarr.co.uk
If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we will not refund the shipping fee. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.
