Where is my order
If your garment and size are in stock, we will send out the next business day. We use Royal Mail and Courier services. You will receive an automated despatch email once your order is sent along with your order's tracking information.
If you are awaiting a back order, this can take up to 3-4 weeks.
How long will my cusomised order take
If you have placed a customised order and have received a visual of how your design will look, you will be updated from order to production to shipping date all the way through. Made-to-order garments can take up to 8 weeks.
How long will my order take?

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing, you can contact our customer care team to process a refund.
After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled, however on receiving your order, you can process a return via the return process. Please email returns@lolastarr.co.uk for return instructions.
Please note; Lola Starr are not responsible for postage and carriage fees when returning a product. You will be require to pay for a tracked service.
Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Please contact our customer care team to process an exchange.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an automated email with your order details, order number and estimated shipping date.
PRE-ORDER items
How long do pre-orders take
We launch pre-orders; to help gage sales and give you an option to get your hands on the first batch. When we promote a Pre-Order, there will be an estimated date advising you of the ETA. Nearer the delivery time, you will be updated when you order is going into production and an estimated delivery date will be emailed to you. When we actually have the new goods with us and ready to ship out to you. Then you will be given the delivery date and a tracking number.
Will I need to pay for my pre-order up front?
Yes. This gives our business financial stability and allows us to order only what is required thus saving on waste.
Can I use a discount code on a pre-order?
Yes. We appreciate that you will be waiting for your order, so we automatically apply £5 discount off all items, there will be no code needed.
Customised orders
How do iI place a customised order?
Placing a customised order; you will need to contact info@lolastarr.co.uk
This way we will discuss what your needs are, i.e style, fit and colour. Once discussed, you will received a visual of how your design will look, once you have confirmed you are happy to proceed, you will be sent a link to make the payment. You will be updated from order to production to shipping date all the way through. Made-to-order garments can take up to 8 weeks.

How long would a bulk order take
This will be estimated once we have been through the design process and chosen the colour and size of the order you require, however we endeavour to have this to you with in 8 weeks from the date of order.
